Is it possible to feel/observe/monitor the changes in the Earth's Core on Earth's Surface in real time?

Dear RG researchers

I want to know that either it is possible to feel/observe/monitor the changes in the Earth's Core on Earth's Surface in real time. Is there any relationship between changes in Earth's core and changes in Earth's surface processes and changes in Atmospheric processes? Thanks for comments.

Yes, using a total field magnetometer station at a fixed, magnetically undisturbed location. Many countries operate static magnetic observatories monitoring changes in the earth magnetic field. These changes are caused by changes in the outer core.
