I am working on a watershed with basically 1 outlet point.
my problem is: after creating stream network based on the Digital Elevation Model, there is a break in my main river.
I tried applying mask and even setting area number as 1 ha (whole catchment is ca. 9 km2) and nothing helps so far. it seems that program sees some kind of height there and creating different river at the end of my catchment.
is there any way to edit stream network created by SWAT or the only way is using "burn in" option and creating new stream network?

You can create the network manually. But first I recommend using high resolution databases for the creation of the elevation model. Try creating the network with Arc Hydro.
Agree. Its not unusual to have to manually add or move locations, especially in flat valleys with forest cover. If you can afford LiDAR, it can generate improved elevation detail to support improved DEMs. Many hand drawn topographic maps lack sufficient detail and resolution to identify and locate channels with dense forest cover. LiDAR is the ticket in low gradient terrain such as coastal plain. On researchgate, I co-authored a few publications you may find interesting.
In the field the methodology through Lidar is one of the best options to create a terrain model. In case of not having this technology, there are the terrestrial scanners. inclusive the land does not have vegetal cover you can use a drone phantom 4 and use the number of points of the first bounce it generates.
