At first sight, it seems so easy to choose an interpolation method as users can choose any one GIS software supports. But it may cause misuse in real suituations especially when the method is unsuitable for users' demand. The demand can involve data, preference, and domain tasks. So is it possible to embed knowledge in the process of selection to solve this problem? I would like to know your experience with this topic and your opinions on knowledge's role in the select interpolation method. Thanks
