LiCoO2 is well known cathode materials for Lithium ion batteries

Cycling LiCoO2-based batteries to voltages greater than 4.35 V vs. Li/Li+ causes significant structural instability and severe capacity fade.

As far as i know, for this reason , LiCoO2 can only use half(0.5) of the Li contained.

However, Is it possible to delithiate all the lithium contained in LiCoO2 when charged over 4.35 V, not considering the capacity fade or discharging???

I just want to find out if it is possible to extract all the Li from LiCoO2.
