In a rather old paper, Jorge HIrsch discussed some inadequacies of London equations. He proposed a new set of equations based on Maxwell equations (see http://arxiv.org/pdf/cond-mat/0312619.pdf).
Then, recently I try to propose a modified version of Hirsch's model based on Proca equations. See the file enclosed here. What do you think?

PS: allow me to ask a completely different question which was asked by Stefano Quatrini: do you know what is mechanism of tidak locking of moon? As we know the moon always faces the earth at the same side, some people call it tidal locking. Perhaps you can explain it or give some references, i suppose it relates to classical mechanics. Thanks
I don't catch exactly what do you mean asking about electrodynamics beyond London equations. Is Pippard's non local electrodynamics beyond? The same question on Ginzburg-Landau theory. There are many types of superconductors, and everyone is described by own more or less rough electrodynamics. For example, Bean's critical state model describes high pinning superconductors rather as hyperconductor. You can find the advancement of the model in Cryogenics 2010 v.50, n5, pp359-365. Thanks.

to that unrelated Moon question: I believe you need to consider the energy dissipation of non-rigid body (the Moon) rotating in the gravitational gradient of the Earth field. If the Moon is not locked, it rotates in the gradient, deforms, dissipates energy and slows down... until it locks. (but maybe there is some stronger effect that caused the tidal lock)
