Is it possible to conduct post hoc comparisons for categorial variables using logistic regression in SPSS software?
If you are using the LOGISTIC REGRESSION command, the CONTRAST sub-command provides several options (see link below). If none of those give the comparisons you want, you could always use the PLUM command to estimate your model, and use its TEST sub-command to generate the comparisons of interest (2nd link below). PLUM is typically used for ordinal logistic regression; but when the outcome variable has only 2 categories, it estimates the same model as LOGISTIC REGRESSION. HTH.
