Is it possible to compute sensitivity of a prism based SPR sensor using only MATLAB code?

I have created a matlab code which is able to plot the refractive intensity vs angle of incidence. But i can not compute the exact sensitivity of the sensor. I have followed the equation of the sensitivity given in the journal paper.

Any kind of suggestion will be a great help.
