There is Just One classical Yang-Mills theory we can interpreter. It is U(1) electrodynamics. You can write classical theory with SU(2) bundle and even SU(3) bundle but becaus non commutation relations in algebra there isn't any classical interpretation  of this theory. You need quantize it. And then You Can interpratate it as something.

@Sebastian and Mohamed: thank you for your answers. I am no expert in QCD, but i think that its language is too abstract and difficult to be compared with electromagnetic measurements. See Tiburzi's paper included here. Some year ago i read Gell-Mann's paper with title : generalization of Yang-Mills theory, where he developed his group theoretical model of his quark theory. to continue... Gell-Mann, Zweig, Neeman's treatment of Yang-Mills theory were based on group symmetry. While they are very valuable, sometimes we need a simpler approach, using electromagnetic language. 

@Sebastian: quote "there isnt any classical interpretation of this theory (SU(3))". Sorry i do not agree with that statement, alas i can only find one paper supporting my view, see this file.
