Actually I work on polymer blending, I mix polyaniline/DBSA and natural rubber and produce the thin films from them by the solution casting but the problem is that films are very sticky and can not be easily removed. What I want to know is if it is possible to cast the film on any substrate and measure the conductivity without removing the film?
Yes, it is possible. I did with Si(100). But, my film is non-sticky.

did you cast your film directly on the wafer silicon?
We spun cast our material on Si(100) followed by pyrolysis in CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) reactor to develop metal oxide film on Si(100).
You can deposit/coat it on Silicon to measure sheet resistance as long as it creates a barrier field at the interface. The current should not pass into silicon. I would rather suggest a non-conducting substrate like Quartz glass....Hope it works.
I would also suggest you to look into the assumptions made for four probe measurement. Make sure they are fine while measurement.

yes,I was doubtful also about using Silicon wafer bcz of it's conductivity affect,I'll try to cast the film on the glass substrate.Thanks for your suggestion.
