Interesting post Ms Zara. Thanks for posting. I am not a saffron specialist but have been working to introduce it in Canberra. Being from Kashmir India I know once the the color of the leaves start to change from green to yellow (beginning of summer) after it goes into dormancy for 2-3 months . To break the dormancy at this stage a farmer can gain time gap of 2-3 moths. I had already above paper in my mind.
