According to https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies-and-standards/sharing: "If you are the author, you may privately share your Published Journal Article (PJA): for your classroom teaching, in presentations at meetings or conferences, including distribution of copies to the delegates attending such meetings for their personal use, and with known research colleagues for their personal use." This means that you are not allowed to publicly share the link the journal provided. However, you are allowed to upload a preprint version ("Authors can share their preprint anywhere at any time"). You may create such a "preprint" also after publication: "This is the author's own write-up of research results and analysis that has not been peer reviewed, nor had any other value added to it by a publisher (such as formatting, copy-editing, technical enhancements and the like)."
In addition to what is already pointed out by Wolfgang R. Dick I would like to add that your article in “Journal of the American Medical Directors Association” (JAMDA) entitled “Palliative Care Needs in Young-Onset Dementia: A Commentary” https://www.jamda.com/article/S1525-8610(25)00136-7/abstract can be uploaded here (most likely it will be automatically uploaded here on RG soon as well) in the so-called “Private full text” mode.
This way you can easily answer possible full-text requests from RG members.
Best regards.
PS. Gefeliciteerd met je mooie publicatie zo in je eerste jaar van je promotieonderzoek.
