I'm wondering if I can set up one bioreactor of denitrificaiton under some level of radiaiton. I want to study about the long-wavelength, low energy radiation.

There is several things:

1. How to calculate the radiation intensity of microwave and infrared light?

2. Is there any studies about how to enhance the activity of bacteria (anaerobic, aerobic) to improve the effeciency of biological wastewater treatment by infrared or microwave?

3. In what level of the radiaition could damage the bacteria, and how to calculate?
