Is it necessary to use the increment of pressure and temperature at the same time to achieve the porosity reduction of the AZ61 in the HIP?

I did the uniaxial compaction of the AZ61 powder obtaining a density of 72%, I would like to increase the density using the HIP. However, I am not sure if it is necessary to increase the pressure and temperature at the same time in the HIP process.
