Sometimes we get some articles from developing country authors with 99% plagiarism, without any ethical clearance letter. We reject the articles. But how can we stop this tendency of authors?
Yes it is very necessary ,as it is a Intarnational problem,a global movement is nessary to stop the tendency of authors,say for example if there is plagiarism detected in an article the respective author/s should be punished by panelty money or demotion in their career,an International law will be made for this.
Ethical clearence is must for any inteventional or prospective data collection studies. Anyone can not publish or use patient data without ethical review. Plagariem is different things which can not be monitored by ethics committee. Publication journal now coming with stict regulation to overcome this
Yes, it is necessary to get your project ethically cleared specially for publishing the work in international journals. And if your research involves any intervention then it's a must. Moreover, involving human subject will require to strictly follow the deceleration of Helsinki.
I 100% agree with you. I think it is a cultural issue that needs to be highlighted. Few days ago, I was arguing with one of them and now I'm quite sure that we need to do something like report their attempts to the people in charge in Researchgate or any other available organization.
