While in some other organizations administrators are not necessarily professionals of the organization in question but on administration; in education, this is very important. That is, in education, a principal (who is basically an administrator) is normally a teacher.

I consider that from the point of view of the administration, the administrator should know the process that he manages, that is, to be capable to direct the actors of the process of the teaching teacher, is essential in the case of education to know the particularities of the process. That is my humble opinion.

I had the same thinking as yours, but the question is: if there is a special training and candidates are given degrees related to general management skills, why can't they be employed to manage school organizations if they can manage other organizations which they are not conversant with?
