It is neither moral nor immoral. The first approximation is the money has no morals, it merely is - that is its greatest value.
The second approximation is the morality of those dispensing the money. Do they have a hidden agenda that could injure the receiver (reduce the survival of person or group). In this case, your receipt is immoral because it tends to direct the society in destructive direction. But then you don't have to act according to their agenda unless you share their agenda.
So, accept the impersonal, agenda-less money. Once you get it, you determine the moral purpose.
The people who award the Nobel prize tend to have an agenda of fostering socialism. IMHO this is fostering collapse of society. But others (especially those who receive it) may consider this as good.
