I initially received approval from a top-tier journal, but upon reviewing the gallery, the journal claimed it was re-sent to another reviewer who claimed my study didn't include Price's Law, Bradford's Law, Lokta's Law, and Zipf's Law. Hence, it shouldn't be considered a bibliometric study. I have seen bibliometric studies published in very reputable journals without these laws. Please, how relevant are these laws? Can anyone recommend any software that I can use for these laws?
