I would like to present a research paper which complementary work for my previous research, and I found the similarity ratio about 30% and about 22% from the previous research. Thus, Is it fine having a plagiarism from my previous researches, as the new research is a complementary of the information presented in the previous paper?
As long as you refer honestly from your previous paper, AND your new results are as strong as a stand-alone paper normally is, it should not pose any problem. What publishers do not like is too much repetition from that previous paper, and what they do like is that you specify very clearly why your new results add enough to the previous paper.

You should just refer to the paper's methodology and results, rather than reproducing them. I did this for 3 very similar papers based on the same research that I did
Add your answer (type @ to mention people)It is still plagiarism (self plagiarism). What you can do is make sure the work is properly cited and acknowledged. Also make sure your findings aren't same; make the new research findings different from the previous ones.
Well I do think that even if the new research is similar to previous researches, you should treat it independently because there could have been new measurements, some changes in methodologies; which presents it as a novel idea, take for example an individual expanding on your work would just have to cite and reference it..,
