I think it is best to either include the full analysis of the method in the paper - so that the reviewers and the potential readers of the paper will trust you - or to even provide the analysis before-hand, either on your web-site or in a first publication.
It would otherwise be perfectly sensible for the reviewers and the editors of the journal that you might send your manuscript to, to just reject your paper without reading it.
Thank you Michael. If I include the full analysis of the method, the paper will be very long. Perhaps a paragraph detailing EFA, CFA, convergent-discriminant validity and Alpha results?
