I would say no. The spectroscopy by itself is not a technique that allows you to obtain the purity lever of your sample. This is because the different substances have different cross sections (ie all substances absorb light with different efficiency). Due to this fact, you could have in your sample some substance that has a very small cross section, and therefore you will not be able to identify by UV-Vis.
The most recommended technique to identify purity levels would be mass spectrometry (or GCMS, preferably).
Nevertheless, If you have an idea of the compounds that may be your impurities (and you know them absorption cross section) you may be able to discard or not the presence of them in your sample (but, even in this case, it is still recomendable to use MS).
You may compare your sample using XRD, XPS, Raman or even simple FTIR and EDS techniques with a reference graphene (pure one).
