Thanks for the affirmation. Any suggestion for a good topic and how do we surmount the problem of data collection, which is very critical for PhD. It wpuld be difficult to collect data from HR Managers, due to confidentiality issues. Thanks
To my understanding, I don´t any difficulties in selecting HR analytics as the topic for the Ph.D. course. The only strategic framework will be the approach to an HR manager to facilitate the data collection so far.
