Dear graphical representation helps in explaining your results and analysis but not a criteria to publish in quality journal.

It is not necessary to include graphs in order to get accepted by a reputed journal. However, using charts and graphs can help the reader grasp visually the idea that has to be conveyed. Graphical representation is very useful especially if there will be a lot of details that would normally take up too much time writing and explaining then you need to compact the information to a visual summation.
