Usually particle size analyzers give a different diameter of particle when compared to FeSEM image. In FeSEM/SEM the size scaling is done manually making it less scientific whereas TEM/HRTEM is a highly sophisticated instrument that is not always available. Which is the most suitable alternative for size analysis of nanoparticles (both aqueous and nonaqueous)?
