I am looking for some help to understand the nature of PPI analysis better.

Is it possible to get different measures of connectivity when looking at the same two brain region and interchanging the seed with the target? Or should the connectivity measure be the same regardless of the direction?

(EG) Seed: VP thalamus, Target: S1

and then swapping them

Seed: S1, Target: VP thalamus
