Apart from the case in this contribution (Central African Republic) I am not aware of in-depth studies on repercussions of rebellion on those political parties that are not linked to a rebellion. I am wondering who is actually working on representation questions during/after armed conflicts.

I recommend you look into the work of one of my colleagues, Johanna Söderström!
She is active on this site and has done a lot of work on political re-integration of former rebels in an African country (I cannot remember which).

In fact we just had a panel on this in Helsinki, together with another collegue of mine, Gyda Marås Sindre (in Bergen), called Rebels in Power. My own work so far has dealt with Liberia and Colombia, and Gyda has worked with Partai Aceh and Fretilin (Timor Leste). We are just in the midst of planning a conference for next year, focusing on mobilization with regards to former armed groups and political parties. Let's talk more on this!

I would like to suggest that you may perhaps study the political history of North East India after 1947. I am sure, you would get a lot of information related to your question if you collect data on how in certain pockets in North East India former rebels have gone for talks with the Indian Government, and are currently in active politics.
Thank you Hemanta, very good idea, I have limited my research very strongly on African cases, more concrete info on good articles on rebel movements in India are appreciated. My main interest is not so much with rebel movements as such, but also the impact they have on representation via established political parties, one hypothesis being that they harm strongly civilian parties and have an enduring effect on how group grievances are expressed...
Hezbollah, AMAL and Kataeb are parties with bloody legacy from Lebanese civil war. They are powerful parties in Lebanon today and their impact on political constestation is studied by many. It could be a comparative point which may expose a repeating pattern.
