i am more concern about the primer design as there are more complex then PCR and a lot of people dont get around with the primer design and the validation. as such i am conducting a research with these problems

Hi, I am not sure what you mean. We developed and validated some assays used for plant pathogenes detection. Otherwise, I know that there are some kits for viruses... (do not remember which). I hope I answered your question.

Don't bother with LAMP, use Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA) instead. It's much quicker (

LAMP primer design is easy with this on-line software:

There is a manual in the web. Anyway if you have any question don't doubt to ask me.
