I have used Gamry version 6, and successfully fit in the data. However, while the fitting looks perfect, I noticed large error for R(low freq). The Goodness of fit is to the power of -3 to -6. How come I still get error for the parameters fit? Is this error negligible? I also tried ZSimpWin, also notice % relative error in one parameter out of 5 or 6. But, the error in z data is given to be just 3%. Can someone guide me on this?
Well I can help you on ZSimWin , you have to fit that with the suitable electric circuit which can best fit with EIS plot you had obtained during testing.
You have to choose this with the end value fitting parameter . Suppose R(CR)is a good circuit for you.The individual electric parameter end value you have to report with the % individual end error values.
The individual error value should be chosen which is less that 10% is consider to be better usually.
Further you also have to report the Chi-square value for the circuit which should be usually 10^ -2 _ 10^ -3 for better fitting circuits.

@Abhijeet Moon, Dear Abhijeet, whatever you said, if it is correct, why fitted data not overlapping experimental one? Can we neglect these things?
