Gyorgy, your question is a bit broad, and quite open as to what terms and for that matter what deliverables would accrue from a partnership. In any event the INPG in Grenoble / France, and specifically Phelma there, are pretty active in the areas you mention, it might behoove you to get in touch with someone there.

Dear Chris, Thank you very much for your advice, I will try. We have recently submitted az EUREKA and a M-ERA-NET proposal in related areas with European cooperation partners, but one has to prepare 10 proposals to get at least one ... Thanks anyaway.

Nice to see you here too, Gyorgy., after you responded to my comment on a web discussion on another site. I am a 80 year , a retired Physics Professor with a few patents and a lot of development activities coupled with research studies we conducted at Kurukshetra and Banaras Hindu Univs. in India. I have traveled and worked for some lenghts of time in UK, USA, Finland, etc. during my active career that finally ended a decade back. Mainly used nuclear techniques in material surface modification and characterization after getting my doctorate in experimental nuclear physics, study of fast neutron scattering and working out nuclear level structures!

Dear Narendra, I'm also glad to see you here. I am really impressed by the fact that you are still active and curious after so many years of work! I'm afraid if I reach the age of retirement, I will mostly retreat from public activity. I hardly wait for the time when I need not participate in the rat race and spend more time with my fancies, as e.g. comparative cultural research - just for fun! The question is whether my health would allow that or not - but let's hope. Anyway I wish further happy and meaningful years in your life.

I too have anxious moments but game of positivity comes into play to straighten you. Up rightness without ego helps. Sorry, preaching is not good, as one's own intellect and meditative mind provides the needed guidance.

Let us see how we may maintain useful contact. I go once a week to an Engg. cum Technology Institute nearby, called TERII. In an years time i could help create two teams of faculty members to do useful R & D towards the benefit of industry. It is being initiated in collaboration with a good Institute in New Delhi called Inter University Accelerator Centre ( IUAC ) created by national govt. to help serve University teachers/students by providing some world class infrastructure/ facilities. I am happy to have been associated with it from its conception stage along with a couple of other Universities Professors! So help comes for those who mean sincere ' business '.
