My interest is actually related to study the correlation between HCV genotipies and HCC development and risk factors. We are analizying a group of patients living in the Naples area where che incidence of HCV infection is higher than other geographical region of Italy and Europe. 

It could be interesting a multicentric study, grouping different geographical areas.

I am also interested in studying correlation between HCV infection and polymorphism (PNPLA3, APOC3)

I am particularly interested. Presently we are writing a paper on the correlation between HCV genotypes and end stage liver disease in our cohort of patients here in Douala. It would be interesting to collaborate with someone who studies HCC.
