I have a 100 gr hollow glass sphere (silica particle) that I sell to Aldrich but the surface coating doesn't aggregate and I want to coat 3- amino propylen tri ethoxy silane for modification in and use in the epoxy matrix.
My method for separating the last coated is to put in the furnace but at 500 C. I should see them chemically absorbed together. I used a surfactant.
In sol- gel method in the modification of a hollow glass sphere or silica aerogel using a furnace, why is the hollow glass sphere not chemically absorbed? How might I do this? Please refer me to references.
