Is anyone familiar with equivalent circuit and impedance model requested on borron doped UNCD electrode for curve fitting in MEISP?

Dear all,

I am trying to fit data in MEISP from borron dopped ultra-nano crystaline diamond (UNCD) electrode on silicon di oxide wafer.

Would you please give me an idea of equivalent circuit elements of my electrode part.
