there is already a question treating the feeding of a CPW line, now you just need the cpw-to-microstrip transition (which depends in your particular patch and which modes you want to excite)

where 'w' is the width of feed line after applying this formula use wave port only but when u put radiation box u should not change in width and length of box as substrate 'w' and 'L' use it.but u change in height of port only.i hope it will work now

Basically, CPW provides an easy means of parallel and series connection with passive elements that are required for matching and mainly used with antenna like slot Antenna. I think, with patch antenna, it may have high conversion loss
