Can you please be more specific? Is your PCB source of radiation that affects RF immunity of other devices or your PCB is failing radiated EMI. Depending on the answer to above questions there are some techniques and tricks that can be implemented to help. In general, the better the shielding is the fewer problems you will see.

Thank you for ur immediate reply. I am doing parttime research in the area of Signal integrity issues in High speed PCB.In particular ,I am focussing on to reduce the radiated EMI in high speed interconnects in the PCB.
