Let's say I have measured a biomarker level which corresponds to treatment response. The measures are taken at baseline,  in the middle of the trial and also post-treatment. The objective is to find if there is any difference in the levels of biomarker at these three visits. Is ANOVA a valid approach here? If it was before and after treatment, I would go with paired t-test. But here there are three levels.
