I'm trying to do some research on affibody.

and i know that affibody derived from staphylococcal protein A (SPA).

There are no papers on humanizing affibody to eliminate immunogenicity.

and Many papers state that affibody is not immunogenic.

Examples include the following papers.

"Toxicity and Pharmacokinetic Profile for Single Dose Injection of ABY-029: A Fluorescent Anti-EGFR Synthetic Affibody Molecule for Human Use"
