Sometimes, Cronbach's alpha is not the best way to mesure the reliabity of a questionnaire.

And there are some princibles that you have to cover before Alpha's application, for exemple, the blocks organizations.

Only this information is not enought for a decison. There is a pre-test procedure called "if-deleted-item", where we observe the overall alpha result when we get off an item of questionnaire.
