the use of IoT in the field of healthcare is extremely important and a very broad research area. In this context, the following keywords have already been established: Internet of Healthcare (IoH), Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT), Internet of Health (IoH), Healthcare IoT (HIoT), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), Internet of Nano-Things in Healthcare.
In the Internet of Healthcare (IoH) area, the use of system solutions based on the principles of Software Defined Networking (SDN) is of great importance. I would therefore suggest the following research area:
Healthcare Services based on the Software Defined Internet of Things (SD-IoT)
This is confirmed by the Research Papers and Internet Sources listed in the appendix. To provide such Healthcare Services, the various types of computing implemented in the IoT are almost ideal - in particular Cloud Computing, Fog Computing and Edge computing. See some pictures in:

Hey, Perhaps Crypt-system- IoT Based is the way to go mainly the probabilistic crypto-system , we need to appreciate that A cryptosystem that uses the same key for encrypting and decrypting data. Three main problems have been pointed out as regards symmetric key crypto-systems: (1) in the case of multiple sick, multiple keys are needed; (2) if key is stolen, security cannot be assured; and (3) handing over of keys must be strictly controlled.
