Congratulations on your new position. However, as a guest editor, you need to forward a clear invitation. State the name of the journal, provide the URL of the journal webpage, state the journal impact factor for 2018, State the databases listing the journal such as (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science etc.). A journal with a high impact factor, meaning listed in ISI (Science Citation Index Expanded), and that "high" you mentioned will vary depending on the discipline of the journal. So instead of using "high", states the JIF of 2018. State if this journal an open-access journal and if there are administration or processing fees or not. Provide journal's guidelines to authors, and examples/samples from the last issues. The way you presented your invitation clearly shows that it is not a journal with an impact factor or even listed in PubMed. If I am mistaken, I would like to see answers to these points; particularly, I see several researchers asked you to state the name of the journal and its URL. Be specific, an essential quality in researchers.

Dear Professors,
I, as an Executive Guest Editor, have been contacted on behalf of the Journal of “Current Pharmaceutical Biotechnology” (Impact Factor: 1.51) for handling a thematic issue for the journal in a hot topic area. Based on my expertise, I choose the following title: Hope you are doing well.
“Radio-/Chemoprotective roles of natural products against toxic effects of cancer radio-/chemotherapy”
The intention of this special issue is to provide a topical collection of innovative and high-level scientific review papers about chemoprotective or radioprotective effects of natural compounds against the side effects induced by of chemicals, drugs, or radiation and I think that you can contribute with a review (8000-12000 words) on a relevant topic. All papers will be subject to a peer-review process before publication.
Deadline for submission of manuscripts is 30th March 2020.
At this stage, I have to collect the interest of eminent scientists willing to participate in this initiative and define 1) a list of possible contributing authors, 2) their institutional affiliations, and 3) the titles of the proposed papers.
So, if you are interested in participating in this initiative, please reply to this email stating the name of the author/s, the affiliation, and a tentative title, no later than two weeks.
Then, I will submit complete proposals for approval by the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal and I will contact you again if your proposal is accepted.
