Today I got the questionable "invitation" as a speaker:
"We recently came across your contribution entitled "Liquid Biopsy and Primary Brain Tumors" in the scientific community and thought your expertise would be an excellent fit for Cancer Webinar 2022."
This refers to my paper published just two days ago:

There seem to be a few scientists mentioned on the "Organizing committee", but the topic appears to me too general, so I think this is only a questionable conference not organized by a university or similar institution, especially when "invitation" finally means I should pay for it, even as a speaker.
Or do I get anything wrong here?

Dear Robert, this looks like a typical e-mail message from the "organizer" of a fake conference. I receive such mails almost on a daily basis. They only want your money! I receive such messages weekly. They often cite one of my papers but, typically, the topic of their conference has nothing to do with the cited paper or my work.
In your case both the topic and webinar sections are very general. For example,
Session 14: Breast Cancer
Session 15: Lung Cancer
Session 16: Ovarian and Cervical Cancer
Session 17: Skin Cancer
…
Session 28: Pharmaceutical Oncology
How many researchers should participate in this webinar to make it actually informative and useful? Hundreds? Thousands? In reality there are around 20-30 presentations.

Within the last 4 weeks after my newest publication, I get so many unwanted invitations for conferences, publishing somewhere else and even get on the editorial board of an unknown journal... I know can easily separate those fake invitations from real ones, but sometimes one has to really check carefully, since those fake invitors seem to mimick famous conferences, journals. An easy way of checking journal invitations is to check the exact name or number of the journal AND the search term "impact factor". Journals older than two or three years should have a reasonable impact factor.

In addition to what is already indicated by Frank T. Edelmann I would like to point out some quick indicators that something odd is going on:
-Being invited as speaker should mean some financial compensation, ‘big’ names are frequently requested guests. I mean if you want someone like Bruno Mars to perform you cannot offer him two coffee coupons and expect him to come….
-Contact info 61 Bridge Street Kington HR53DJ, UK renders something that has nothing to do with a physical address of a professional office
-The two mentioned supporting journals are misleadingly suggesting a link to two real journals (published by Hindawi), but both the issue nr info (the Hindawi journals are open access and don’t use volume and issue nr.) and the cover page are basically non-existing
It is indeed all really sad how much effort is out there in trying to mislead researchers and making victims for nothing but financial gain.

thanks for your input.
I know some real, regular intl. conferences (outside of medicine, i.e. where there is less money around) where younger scientists pay some (little) fee to get announced as "invited speaker", so they can improve their carreer; but such a meeting still can be very professional and real.
Meanwhile I am glad to be able to differentiate between the real meetings and the fake meetings.

It's a 2-day webinar with 28 sessions and tracks! That means one thing - volume. Which means money.
It's also online so you will have precious little opportunity to network with anyone and your presentation will likely be lost in the noise of so many others.
Perhaps if they offered to waive the registration fee, you might consider it just for exposure but, frankly, I wouldn't bother. Look at their website for their "chemistry" conference - the topic list reads like a chemistry dictionary. Again, a 2-day affair. Volume and money.
