Hi i want to know if there is Intrusion détection System in AWS, which i can you as service, and specify specific custom dataset(.pcap format,arff, tcpdump) to this ids to analyse them and saving the result (detection rate, false positive..) inti log file
AWS lists a number of intrusion detection systems here: https://aws.amazon.com/mp/scenarios/security/ids/ and it looks like at least one of them (from McAfee) should meet your requirements.
Third party IDS'es for AWS are Alert Logic, Trend Micro, and McAfee (see link that Jeff showed above). Alert Logic looks interesting as it purportedly covers vulnerability assessments in addition to traditional IDS functions.
