I am conducting a research study for my master’s thesis on the dilemmas international development professionals face when personal values conflict with institutional constraints. The study explores how personal motivations, reflections, and decision-making interact in development professionals' day to day work.

I have developed a survey (20 min) to triangulate my qualitative findings from 18 qualitative interviews. If you work in international development, whether in academia, NGO spaces, government agencies, the UN, a private company or elsewhere - I would be grateful for your participation. The survey is anonymous, and I will be happy to share my findings with interested participants.
