Hi, I am going to isolate genomic and plasmid DNA from algea simultaneously and manually, Do you have any suggestion?

I found a kit that they separated plasmid and genomic DNA form mammalian cell, but I want to extract both plasmid and genomic DNA manually. I also want to use the extracted DNA for qPCR.
