Inquiry about the antibody conjugation with Carbon quantum dot , could anyone help me?

I want to conjugate antibody with Carbon Dot, the protocols for this aim are based on concentration of quantum dot ,but I don’t have the concentration in our study

are there concentration independent protocol for this aim?
