I have also received invitation email. They claimed their official website is as follows: http://www.inno-irsp.com/index.php, which is not working. So, I can not get any further information on it.
I have also received an email invitation but I am not sure about its authenticity. Any feedback from scientist who is actively working in such collaborative project?
Innoscience Research Sdn Bhd is linked and/or belongs to:
http://www.innoscience.org/
According to the ‘about us’ info they “reached comprehensive strategic cooperation with Beijing ZIKE Intellectual Property Agency, Australian Bio-Byword Scientific Publishing and Singapore’s Whioce Publishing.”
So the journals on their websites are linked to the publisher:
http://www.whioce.com/
which can be found in the list of predatory journals: https://beallslist.net/
According to their ‘history’ page they started with some sort of link to Universe Scientific Publishing in 2011:
http://www.usp-pl.com/
which can be found on the predatory publisher list as well.
And Bio-Byword in 2017:
http://www.bbwpublisher.com/
they claim to publish a journal called “INNOSC Theranostics and Pharmacological Sciences (ITPS)” which is exactly the same journal as found on the whioce site.
And surprise the Bio-Byword publisher is listed in the update of Beall’s list as well:

If this is an indication of the whole standard of operation I feel you take quite a risk. The whole company sounds to me as a whole lot of humbug inevitably part of a start-up perhaps but with the publishing activity they seem to have made the wrong choices.
I too received the similar invitation mail. Hard to trust them, as no authentication has been disclosed by the service provider. They are asking for the CV. Had anybody proceed further? Please let me know.
Could anyone share the experience of working with them please? is there any harm or negativity or ethical issue involved in working with them in addition to financial aspects?
I have received the similar request for collaboration.I think they are an intermediate player between two types of authors. One who worked and publish the research and 2nd who will provide the fund.
There may be ethical issues. One has make it clear to the parent Institution associated with.
I have recieved the mail from Innoscience Sdn Bhd. I was a clinician in china . Now as a researcher work for Innoscience. Let me say about the company.A global science research company based in Malaysia.Innoscience aims to collaborate with worldwide universities to perform leading researches that benefit human health and medicine. Thoughtfully designed to facilitate and encourage interdisciplinary interactions among interinstitutional researchers. The company mainly involves publishing cooperation, scientific research cooperation, visit cooperation, academic conference cooperation and so on . For example, the research team provide field of research that collaborator provide funding. Another way is to creative journal with publisher. To be editor or editorial board There are many excellent scientific researcher cooperate with Innoscience
@ Sadiq Ali Yes, I had also received a similar request from Innosicience.
As per your criteria
• First, you need to determine if you have time to cooperate with the project.
• Second, you have to decide if you agree with these funding sponsors
as the co-author (first author, second author, or corresponding
author) of your projects.
If I would like to know the person whom I am going to select as co-author whether he or she conducts research in the field or he/ she will collaborate to the work?
For those still interested. In addition to my warning in my reply of July 18th, 2019. Have a look at: https://retractionwatch.com/2021/08/31/publisher-offers-cash-for-citations/#more-122997 Both publishers linked to Innoscience Whioce Publishing and Bio-Byword are mentioned in the gaming of metrics by offering money if you cite some of their journals in your paper published in a SSCI/SCIE indexed journal. Completely unethical.
