Hi Prof Karl Sipfle Narrowing down the definition of information to "always" refer to a "thing" can negate other chances highlighted by Capurro and Hjorland (2005) in the book theorizing information and information use. To sum it all up, information is context-based and depends on how people associated with it use it to suit their own contexts (i.e. whether as a thing, process, etc.)
HI Murtala Ismail Adakawa You are taking information to mean that which is traded at a human level in the course of what they do. I am speaking scientifically (hard sciences). Information here is mathematical. The knowledge minds deal with is very high up from there.
