The technique you choosen to do catheterization of jugular vein was may be wrong. It is usual problem occurs during catheterization. While opening the vein to insert catheter  the [problem may be raisen. One side of the vein you  should made a tight knot on the other side of the vein you have to make a flexible knot. While scissoring only sharp nick shold be made insert catheter, lose the knot  on the other side and insert the catheter as much as possible into the vein. Then there will be no outflow from the vein. Best of luck..............  Follow this procedure

Thank you very much for your answer. I don´t understand what do you mean with "loose the knot on the other side and insert catheter" which side do you mean? In attachment I draw a schematic picture of my technique. After insertion of ligatures under the vein I tight upper knot (closer to head) and make loose knot on the lower ligature (closer to heart) than I make a nick into the vein and insert catheter, check the position with the backflow until I see the blood in catheter. Then I gently tight lower knot and make a knot over the catheter with upper ligature. Upper ligature over the vein stay tight. Thank you very much for your advice and have a nice day.

Hi, I finally found my problem. I used to applied both of ligatures in one step and it was wrong, because lower ligature during tightening slipped up, so the nick in vein with catheter was lower than ligature and this was the reason of infiltration. When I apply ligatures one by one I don ´t observe it.
