If the two source and the load have a common bus that means both terminate on the same common bus. This means that they have the same voltage.

So in order to measure the power in each one, one must measure not only the voltage but also the current and phase in each branch. This can only be accomplished by measuring the current in each connection the PV source and the load. This a possible logic solution.
