Hello! Ofir Zavdy This is excellent work, especially in addressing vestibular conditions' impact on quality of life. According to the severity of the pathology, a relationship is observed with days lost from work and those who changed jobs.
I think it is very relevant to the discussion because it assesses variables of hospitalization, medical consultation, work, and resolution in different countries for vestibular pathologies.

In my clinical experience with vertigo patients, I feel finding the underlying diagnosis and site of lesion would be of prime importance. This would determine the next steps- whether medicines, vestibular rehabilitation or maneuvers. The treatment needs to be customised accordin to patients’ needs.

Patient reports are always of prime importance. In our facility we cannot have equipment all the tests / pts may not be able to afford comprehensive tests..so in that situation also patient reports gain importance.
no of episodes, duration of episode and accompanying symptoms are always helpful in making clinical decision. Then one can decide on whether to go with vestibular assessment or radiological.
issue with patient reports is, skill level of the clinician and time it takes to get all relevant information.
