How varies the viscosity of pseudoplastic (as a non Newtonian fluid) with temperature (like ketchup, synovial fluid, etc)? Is it like the “normal” fluids?
But, I found in literature contradictory results (some decrease with temperature and others increase!!!).
Generally, when heating a fluid, this becomes less viscous, less pasty, more fluid, etc. Unless there are chemical, structural, textural changes, etc.
What does your expertise and experience say about this?
The viscosity of some fluids is affected by factors other than temperature. These fluids are termed non-Newtonian fluids. ... A shear stress will not affect the viscosity of a Newtonian fluid. Non-Newtonian fluids are polymers.

Pseudoplastic fluids show an increase in the values of parameter A1 with higher temperatures, whereas the opposite behavior was observed in parameter A1 for Newtonian fluids. Therefore, it can be seen that there is no general behavior for A0 and A1 in the exponential equation as temperature increases.
