I would like to know aboutthis area regards research about accessibility and mobility of transportation for people with disability by their daily, weakly, monthly and anualy activity for different trip purpose by different modes, which factor make most of influence of their behaviour in trip demands and is it possible to measure the costs of their trips and do they have influence on making their trips in realtions to subsidies and discounts. Also I want to know more about whether it is possible to measure sustainable transportation for people with disability.

I agree with you that is dificult to aply math in this occasion, but on the other side when you look movement of people with disability hava parameters of network problem beacuse they can use all public transport if it has accesible components.
They all go like people with no disability from one zone to another for job purpose, search jobs, go to school... but they are limited with some constrains of accessible bus, trains, buildings so they spent much more time and somtimes money then people with no disability.
So is it possible to measure criteria of some site selection which are more or less accesible because this have another efect longer travel time for example?
Public transport does not suport their regular desire and from that some predictible behaviour and inclusion in daily activity like people with no disability have possibility have. Many of people with disability need small intervention in their movements to reach their destination. If you offer better service in transportation and facilities you will have higher passenger flow and profit.
So in this case we can have some question with "IF" and in this case we can go with first step of trip generation of people with disability.
Because of something like this is it possible to involve applied math?
I can suggest you an interesting document made by the Spanish Social Services Ministry. It has chapter focused on accesibility and transport. The only problem is that is in Spanish...
